Hi, I took a few quiet minutes at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) Smoking Area before I left for Spain. Even though the airport was crowded, I was able to take a breather in that tiny space. Although I was thrilled, I was also uneasy. Making judgements on one's own without assistance was necessary when travelling alone. Finding instructions, acclimating to new surroundings, and learning how to confidently navigate new areas were some of the minor difficulties encountered during the journey. Those times were overpowering at first, but gradually I started to have more faith in myself. Every little choice I made, every issue I resolved, and every advancement gave me confidence. I had already changed by the time I got to Spain.
